In an ever changing world we are losing track of who we are, our past and what we believe in. We start to search, wandering lost amid the confusion.

We take women artists, entrepreneurs and social innovators on creative walking adventures all over the world, giving you the freedom to reach your human potential.

The iamadventures are designed to offer the space needed to gain your focus, beliefs, confidence, inspiration, a chance to re-charge those batteries and delve deeper through creativity for social change. But also and perhaps more importantly to give something back to yourself and to a community of like-minded people.

Through the development of "human potential", we can experience an exceptional quality of life filled with happiness, creativity, and fulfilment. As a consequence, those who begin to unleash this assumed potential often find themselves directing their actions within society towards assisting others to release their own.

And so we strive to not only help individuals with their personal potential but through doing this we will also bring about positive social change at large.

iamadventures brings people together, to explore, learn and be inspired through guided activities and through each other.

We work with communities to help preserve their stories and ethos and allow it to evolve in a positive way into the future. We work with creative individuals and start-ups and help them in their vision to being successful.

"Walking has long been known to boost creative thinking - not to mention memory capacity and attention levels. As American polymath Henry David Thoreau noted in his journals: "Me thinks that the moment my legs begin to move, my thoughts begin to flow."

Why Walking?

"Stanford researchers found that walking boosts creative inspiration. They examined creativity levels of people while they walked versus while they sat. A person's creative output increased by an average of 60 percent when walking."

- Stanford News

"Walking: the most ancient exercise and still the best modern exercise." - Carrie Latet

our mission

We believe in the power of adventure & creativity for positive social change.

In 2016 we started to support the Global Goals for Sustainable Development by focusing specifically on Gender Equality. A movement close to our hearts - not because we are man haters, but because we believe that true equality for all, results in a balanced, joyful and happy world.

One of our biggest aims is to empower women and girls to be brave and curious to start walking creatively in this world in order to bring about positive social change at large.
